Welcome to East Bay Wild!, featuring the latest outdoors activities in the greater San Francisco East Bay. Urban areas like Berkeley or Oakland feature amazing parks like Tilden Regional Park or Redwood Regional Park.
Eh, Suburbs?

Yes, the suburbs sprawl….but cities such as San Ramon, Danville, Pleasanton, Dublin and Livermore offer low density, easy parking atmospheres that help take of of the edge off neighboring urban burrows. Whether outside of your backyard or a 30 minute drive you have access to hiking trails with hundred year live oaks and ranch lands reminiscent of the older days. Get away from the cubicle (or modern day “open plan”) and get back to fresh air and raw nature: where raptors soar above and coyotes run wild in the open space of the East Bay!

To kick us off, we’ll start off with the little known Brushy Peak. Come hike around one of the most active raptor sites in the bay area, and then grab some clearance deals around the Livermore Premium Outlets (they have a Columbia and North Face nestled amongst Saks 5th Avenue, Burberry, and Nike).
